All our seafood are caught and processed under strict standards to preserve freshness and the natural flavors of the ocean. The majority of our suppliers offer Marine Stewardship Council (“MSC”) or Aquaculture Stewardship Council (“ASC”) accreditation. Our portfolio encompasses; fin fish, crustaceans, caviar, mollusks and other shell fish. We offer various formats (including sashimi grade): live, chilled, and frozen.
